Vickie Waite was one of the hair and make-up stylists for my best friend's Santa Barbara wedding this past weekend. While the other stylist, Julie, did my hair I jumped in Vickie's chair for some makeup love...and hoped when she was done with me you wouldn't be able to see the signs of last night's margarita hangover in my eyes. And she got the job done... Vickie mentioned that the bride had asked her to give everyone a natural look, but I'm one of those girly girls who loves a ton of makeup (the more...the better) so with the bride's permission I asked her to make me super glam instead. She pulled out the smoky purple MAC eye-shadows and got to work. Oh, and there were eyelash extensions involved too, which got me super excited. 30 minutes later I was very happy with the results and didn't ask Vickie to change a thing...and I'm not one to be shy when I think I'd prefer something else. We just got back from our honeymoon a couple days ago, and so i just got your message. So sorry about that.

Your work was so phenomenal. I truly felt like a princess on my big day. Everyone always tells the bride that they look beautiful, but even my best friends were like "no really, she did an amazing job on you, you look flawless." And that is exactly what I looked like in all our photos, absolutely flawless!! I could not have been happier. My hair was a concern of mine since I changed it completely from the run through. i was a bit nervous about how it would turn out, but it was as if you totally saw my own vision in your head and made it happen!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you is all i can say!!
